for Delight Cabs

Welcome to Delight Cabs. By booking a ride, visiting our website, or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All rides with Delight Cabs must be pre-booked via our website, phone, or authorized platforms.

  • Accurate pick-up details, destination, number of passengers, and luggage information must be provided when booking.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Fare estimates are based on distance, number of passengers, luggage, and vehicle type.

  • Prices provided at the time of booking are estimates only and may vary depending on actual route, traffic, waiting time, or changes made by the passenger.

  • Delight Cabs currently does not accept online payments. All payments must be made directly to the driver or as agreed upon during the booking.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations should be made at least [Insert Timeframe – e.g., 1 hour] before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Late cancellations or failure to show up may result in cancellation fees.

  • Delight Cabs reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including vehicle issues, safety concerns, or force majeure.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the driver’s instructions.

  • No smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is allowed in the vehicle.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be the responsibility of the passenger and may result in a repair charge.

5. Luggage

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • Delight Cabs will not be liable for lost, damaged, or forgotten items.

  • Please inform us in advance if you have large or excessive luggage to ensure an appropriate vehicle is assigned.

6. Liability

  • While we strive to ensure timely and safe transport, Delight Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Our liability for any service failure is limited to the value of the fare paid for that particular trip.

7. Changes to Terms

Delight Cabs may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
